Ben Zeigler started their work experience at Alala Cancer Society as a Patient Relations Intern in January 2016. Ben then moved on to Cellular Source where they worked as a Technical Expert from June 2013 to April 2017. After that, they joined Ibotta, Inc. as a Customer Service Agent in April 2018. Ben worked on special projects to ensure UPC data quality and identify core Saver confusion points. In October 2018, they became a Technical Analyst - Business Operations and collaborated closely with Client teams to launch client campaigns smoothly. From February 2020 to December 2022, they worked as a Technical Marketing Associate, building and executing various campaigns for millions of active users. Lastly, in December 2022, they joined Zip Co as a Marketing Operations Manager, focusing on CRM.
Ben Zeigler completed a Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from the University of South Carolina, spanning from 2012 to 2016.
