Cynthia Scott

Cynthia Scott serves as the Managing Director and Group CEO of Zip Co since August 2023, following their role as CEO for Australia and New Zealand from November 2021. In addition, Cynthia holds a position as a Non-Executive Director at Uniti Group Limited. Prior to these roles, Cynthia was Principal at Monaro Advisory Partners, offering strategic and operational guidance to various organizations. Previous experience includes Chief Strategy and Business Development Officer at Scentre Group and multiple executive positions at Telstra and Barclays. Cynthia's educational background includes advanced studies in Strategic Leadership at the University of Oxford and Sustainability Strategies at the University of Cambridge, as well as a Master's in Applied Finance from Macquarie University and a Bachelor's in Commerce from UNSW.
