Henrik Westphal

Henrik Westphal has a diverse work experience, starting with their current position as an Associate Product Manager at Zip Co since April 2022. Henrik also held the role of Team Leader - Customer Experience at Zip Co from March 2020 to March 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Partner Support Agent - 2IC from April 2019 to March 2020, and as a Customer Service Agent from December 2018 to March 2019.

Before joining Zip Co, Henrik worked at Hanseatic Fine Foods as the Head of Logistics from November 2017 to November 2018. In this role, they managed the dispatch department, coordinated logistics operations, managed stock levels, scheduled deliveries, liaised with stakeholders, and developed standard operating procedures.

Henrik Westphal completed their Bachelor of Business and Commerce degree with a specialization in Sports Management from Western Sydney University from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they attended Inselschule Fehmarn from 2006 to 2013, where they obtained their high school degree. In addition to their formal education, Henrik has acquired several certifications including a First Aid & CPR Course from CBD College and a Working With Children Check from the Office of the Children's Guardian in August 2018. Henrik also obtained a Basketball Level 1 Coach certification from Basketball NSW and a High Risk Work License for a Loaded Forklift from Work Cover NSW in July 2018.
