James Brennan has diverse work experience in various roles. James started their career at Sydney Rowing Club in 2015 as a bartender and eventually became a Duty Manager. In this role, they managed the staff and prioritized customer service.
In 2019, James joined Zip Co, where they held multiple positions. James began as a Customer Experience Specialist and later transitioned to becoming a Merchant Experience Specialist. In this role, they built relationships with clients, improved the merchant experience, and ensured compliance. James also took initiative in creating new marketing opportunities for small to medium businesses.
Currently, James is working at Zip Co as a Partner Success, where they continue to excel in building successful partnerships and contributing to the success of the company.
James Brennan attended St Joseph's College Hunters Hill from 2008 to 2013, where they completed their high school education. In 2015, they enrolled at the University of Technology Sydney and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce, General in 2019. Additionally, in 2016, James Brennan briefly attended Golden West College, focusing on Communications.
