Lauren McCormack

Lauren McCormack has a diverse and extensive work experience. Lauren is currently working at Zip Co as the Chief Product Officer, a role they started in January 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Director of Consumer Product from April 2022 to January 2023. Before joining Zip Co, they worked at New Payments Platform (Australia) as a Product Consultant for the Mandated Payments Service Program from March 2020 to July 2020.

Lauren also spent a significant part of their career at Cuscal Limited, where they held various roles. Lauren worked as the Head of Product - Core Services from June 2018 to January 2020. Earlier, they were the Senior Manager, Acquiring from June 2016 to July 2018 and the Product Manager for The Pays from December 2015 to June 2016.

Their other roles at Cuscal Limited include Manager, Corporate ATMs from January 2013 to December 2015, Acting Head of Payments, Acquiring and Channel from January 2012 to January 2013, rediATM Scheme Manager from January 2011 to January 2012, Strategy and Development Consultant from February 2010 to January 2011, and Product Consultant from September 2008 to February 2010.

Lauren McCormack completed their Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in Marketing and Management from the University of Sydney, starting in 2000 and graduating in 2002. In addition, they obtained certification in the CEW Leaders Program from Chief Executive Women in May 2023.
