Shannen M.

Shannen M. has extensive work experience in retail and customer service roles. Shannen most recently worked at Zip Co as a Merchant Engagement Specialist, starting in April 2023. Prior to that, they were a Customer Experience Specialist at Zip Co from February 2022 to April 2023. Before joining Zip Co, Shannen was a Floor Team Leader at Merivale from December 2021 to February 2022. Shannen also gained experience as a Store Manager at Universal Store from December 2020 to December 2021, and as an Assistant Manager at Platypus from April 2019 to December 2020. Shannen's career in retail began with positions as an Assistant Manager at French Connection from March 2018 to April 2019, a Senior Sales Assistant at ZARA USA from June 2016 to March 2018, and a Senior Sales Assistant at Cotton On Group from September 2013 to June 2016. Shannen started their professional journey as a Sales Assistant at diva from October 2011 to September 2013.

Shannen M. started their education at Georges River College Penshurst Girls Campus from 2007 to 2011. Shannen then attended Georges River College Oatley Senior Campus from 2011 to 2013, but did not pursue a degree or field of study during this time. In 2014, they enrolled at TAFE NSW and completed a Certificate 3 in Music. During the same year, they also obtained another Certificate 3, this time in Beauty Services, from TAFE NSW. Finally, from 2014 to 2016, they attended the Australian Institute of Music, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Musical Theatre.
