Thanh Nguyen

Thanh Nguyen has a diverse work experience in the field of DevOps and network engineering. They started their career at OPSWAT in 2014, where they held roles as a Network Engineer and DevOps Engineer until 2017. At OPSWAT, they gained experience in managing networks and implementing DevOps practices. Following that, Thanh worked at swipejobs as a DevOps Engineer from 2017 to 2020. They focused on ensuring stable and secure production environments, implementing CI/CD pipelines, and utilizing automation methods and tools such as Docker, AWS, and Ansible. In 2020, Thanh joined Data Republic as a DevOps Engineer, responsible for maintaining high product performance, building CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring security compliance. Most recently, Thanh has been working at Zip Co since 2021, starting as a DevOps/Migration Engineer III and later being promoted to the role of Senior DevOps/Migration Engineer I.

Thanh Nguyen has a Master's degree in System, Networking, and LAN/WAN Management/Manager from QUT (Queensland University of Technology), which was obtained from 2013 to 2014. Prior to that, Thanh Nguyen also completed a Master of Engineering (MEng) in Systems Engineering from QUT from 2012 to 2013. Thanh Nguyen has also obtained several additional certifications in Linux from LinkedIn, including Linux: Network Configuration, Linux Performance Tuning, Linux: Firewalls and SELinux, and Linux: System Maintenance, which were all obtained in 2020.
