Alec Waugh

Alec Waugh has extensive experience in legal and corporate roles, currently serving as Director at Blue Skies In House Lawyers Pty Ltd since April 2010 and holding positions as General Counsel and Company Secretary at both Zip Water and Vast. Past experience includes Corporate Counsel for Fonterra Co-operative Group and General Counsel for Brownes Dairy. Alec Waugh was also a Principal at Blue Skies Corporate Services and has held director positions at Taloumbi Station Pty Ltd and Taloumbi Station Pastoral Pty Ltd. With a foundational role as Legal Counsel at Campbell Arnotts and co-founding Invi_ible Pty Ltd, Alec Waugh’s background is complemented by a Diploma in Law from the University of Sydney.
