Maria Sigala

Maria Sigala is an accomplished human resources leader with extensive experience in strategic HR management across various industries. Currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at Zipcar, Maria provides leadership to HR generalists, aligning initiatives with organizational goals and partnering with executives on talent strategies. Previously, as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Tripadvisor, Maria developed strong relationships with global leaders and leveraged data for talent management decisions. Maria's experience also includes strategic HR partnership at Dassault Systèmes, leadership in the Spanish Language Department at the University of Macau, and certification as a DELE examiner at Instituto Cervantes.
