Ana-Laura Diaz

Ana-Laura Diaz is currently a Senior Legal Counsel at Zip, where responsibilities include providing legal counsel and transactional support for a SaaS procurement orchestration technology company serving a global clientele. Diaz also serves as an Adjunct Professor at various accredited colleges, teaching undergraduate and graduate courses related to business law, negotiation, and mediation. Previous experience includes roles as Senior Commercial Counsel at Airbase, General Transactional Counsel at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and Associate Legal Counsel at Lucidworks, among others. Education includes an MBA from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School, a JD from the University of Miami School of Law, and a BA/BM in Psychology and Violin Performance from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
