Molly Williams

Molly Williams is an experienced executive assistant and business partner with a diverse background supporting high-level executives across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Executive Assistant to the CEO and CTO at Zip since November 2022, Molly has previously held various roles at Alto Pharmacy, including Executive Business Partner for both the People and Growth teams, and Executive Assistant for the Product Team. Molly's extensive experience at WeWork spans multiple titles, such as Executive Business Partner and Chief of Staff for the US West Region, along with a history of positions at Google, Santa Clara University, Presbyterian Church (USA), Atria Senior Living, and Equal Exchange. Molly holds a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, earned in 2002.
