Mission
ZipID is on a mission to build trust-based employment relationships from the moment of hire with an effortless Form I-9 solution, federally mandated to be completed by employers.

Problem
The problem is twofold: (1) all HR professionals know people, not all know compliance; and (2) I-9 compliance should be easy. It is not. It is legally complex in its details; fraught with possibilities for noncompliance which can result in heavy fines by the US government even for unintentional mistakes. Ongoing customer discovery and US government reporting, activity, and requests for information validate a need for a holistic solution for issues gone unanswered for decades.

Solution
Answering all the pain points, we are fully automated, 99% accurate, fast, remote friendly and identity-first, confirming that a new hire is who they say they are while auto-completing forms accurately and within federal law. Anti-fraud tools help hire decisions be made with greater confidence, including biometrics.
