Mai Nguyen Thuy

Mai Nguyen Thuy has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Mai began their career as a Financial Planning Manager at HSBC Singapore in August 2011 and held this role until March 2012.

In April 2012, Mai joined Indeco Engineers Pte Ltd as a Business Development Executive and was responsible for generating new business opportunities. Mai was later promoted to Senior Business Development Executive in August 2013 and then to Business Development Manager in August 2015.

After their time at Indeco Engineers, Mai transitioned to L.E.K. Consulting in March 2018. Here, they worked as a Strategy Consultant and specialized in providing strategic advice to clients. Mai was promoted to Senior Strategy Consultant in December 2018 and stayed with the company until October 2019.

Mai then joined Zipline.io in November 2019, where they initially served as a Customer Experience Consultant. In July 2020, they were promoted to the role of Customer Success Manager, where they focused on building and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Customer Success Manager, which they began in July 2021.

Mai Nguyen Thuy completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from INSEAD in 2017. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Project and Facilities Management from the National University of Singapore between 2007 and 2011. In 2010, they also attended the Czech Technical University for a short period to study Civil Engineering. Additionally, they received a certification in Green Mark Facilities Management from the Building and Construction Authority in April 2014.
