Caitlan Taylor is currently working at Zipline as a Technical Sourcer, focusing on recruiting specialized roles in the Autonomy/Perception SWE stack with an emphasis on ML/AI. Before joining Zipline, Caitlan worked at Gray Talent Group as a Professional Actor. With a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Vocal Performance from Carnegie Mellon University and a Master of Fine Arts in Acting from The A.C.T. Conservatory, Caitlan has a strong background in performing arts. Additionally, Caitlan has experience in recruiting operations and coordination, having implemented various systems and workflows at Zipline.
