Jack Ndahiro

Jack Ndahiro is a seasoned professional in logistics and procurement, currently serving as the Head of Logistics & Procurement for Africa at Zipline since September 2017. Under Jack's leadership, successful market entry and operationalization of logistics services across Africa were achieved, alongside the development of a high-performing team of Logistics Analysts. Jack implemented strategic initiatives to boost logistics efficiency and resource utilization while creating a comprehensive operations playbook for imports and exports in the region. Prior to this role, Jack served as a Flight Operations Engineer, overseeing pre-flight inspections and inventory management of Zipline’s aircraft. Earlier experiences include serving as an IT Essential Instructor at KIM University, where over 150 students were trained for Cisco certifications, and an internship as a Network Engineer at MTN Rwanda, focusing on network design and risk assessment. Jack holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communications Systems from the University of Rwanda.
