Kevin Wakuze

Kevin Wakuze serves as the Head of Learning and Development at Zipline since April 2024, leading a global L&D team to enhance operational training for essential medical deliveries. Previously, Kevin was the Group Head of Learning and Development at Cellulant from October 2021 to April 2024, where comprehensive L&D initiatives were driven across the organization. Prior roles include Head of Instructional Design and Learning and Development Manager at Moringa School, as well as Learning and Development Specialist at Copia Kenya, and Training and Development Manager at Centum Learning Limited. Kevin began a career in customer service at Airtel Networks Kenya Limited and Ison BPO. Kevin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Information Technology from Mount Kenya University and a Diploma from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology, along with a certificate in Call Center Management.
