Nisha Barnes is an accomplished recruiting professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and management. Currently serving as the Emerging Talent Lead and Senior Recruiting Partner at Zipline since January 2020, Nisha focuses on sourcing top talent to support the mission of delivering vital medical supplies using autonomous aircraft. Prior to joining Zipline, Nisha held the position of Senior Recruiter — Sales and Marketing Lead at NICE Ltd, where responsibilities included leading recruitment for sales and marketing across numerous teams. Previous roles also include Talent Acquisition Lead at Myriad360 and Recruiting Manager at Robert Half, where Nisha achieved significant team success and recognition.
