Yolanda Franco Montalvo

Yolanda Franco Montalvo is a seasoned HR professional currently serving as the Senior Manager, People Business Partner at Zipline since July 2023. In this role, Yolanda leads the HRBP function, providing strategic consultation on talent management, employee relations, and organizational development while coaching business leaders through change management.
