Juli Zarzour

Juli Zarzour is the current Chief Operating Officer at GreenFig, a position they have held since October 2016. Prior to GreenFig, Juli was with Rafter Inc. from November 2009 to October 2016, where they served as Vice President of Operations and Service.

At Rafter, Juli was a critical player who helped lead the company through multiple strategic pivots; from a highly transactional B2C model ($50MM) to premium enterprise-level software and services model ($2MM to $25MM in TCV in 2 years). In their role as VP of Operations and Service, Juli led a team of 20+ employees and managed a $3MM OPEX budget and over $15MM in annual course material (textbook) acquisitions, successfully achieving company targets. Juli was also responsible for driving key cross-functional teams, operating plans, and day-to-day execution to procure and distribute 100M+ physical and digital course materials to over 19M students.

Juli was promoted to head of HR while at Rafter, helping the CEO rebuild the culture exampled by Glassdoor ratings of 4.3 (up from 2.3 in early 2015), with 90% willingness to recommend a friend. In this role, Juli cultivated strategic relationships with the top 5 publishers, providing Rafter with efficient, cash-effective access to physical and digital course materials. Juli also identified operating gaps, recovering over $1MM in uncollected revenues.

Juli's experience leading a team through multiple strategic pivots, as well as their success in reducing customer service cost while improving CSAT scores, makes their an ideal COO for GreenFig.

Juli Zarzour received their Bachelor of Science from Binghamton University's School of Management in Accounting and Business/Management.
