Mridul Arora studied Chemical Engineering at the Indian Institute of Technology in Madras before completing an MBA in Business Studies and Finance at the ESCP Business School and the Indian Institute of Management in Lucknow. Mridul then worked in various business and finance roles before returning to their studies to complete a PhD in Business Administration at the Apeejay School.
