David Collins

David Collins is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in outside plant engineering and management. Currently serving as an OSP Engineering Manager at both Ziply Fiber and ATCO Communications Services, LLC since November 2022 and May 2023 respectively, David has previously held roles as an Outside Plant Engineer at Ziply Fiber and Frontier Communications. David began a career in the telecommunications industry with Verizon as a Line Worker before advancing to the position of Cable Splicer. David holds an Associate of Applied Science in Electronics, specializing in Industrial Electronics Technology, from DeVry University and graduated from Cascade High School with a diploma.
