Deepak Kaithakkapuzha has extensive work experience in the field of technology transformation, architecture, and solution development. Deepak is currently serving as the Director of Technology Transformation at Ziply Fiber since February 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Frontier Communications as an Enterprise Architect in Strategy & Architecture from December 2018 to February 2022. Deepak also worked as a Senior lead / Solution Architect at CenturyLink in 2018 for a brief period. Before that, they held the role of Sr. Solution Architect at AT&T from May 2016 to October 2017. Deepak's career at CenturyLink spanned over 16 years, where they served as a Team lead / Solution Architect in BSS. Deepak also has teaching experience as an Adjunct Faculty at Webster University from 2011 to 2015. Deepak started their career as a Consultant at PDS - Productive Data Solutions and as a Software Engineer at Datamatics Inc. Deepak began their professional journey as a Trainee at NGRI in 1995.
