John Henson

John Henson is an experienced training and quality manager with a strong background in employee development and organizational training. Currently serving at Ziply Fiber since May 2020, John previously held the position of national trainer at USI Insurance Services from November 2011 to May 2020, where responsibilities included conducting orientations, creating learning materials, and delivering custom training initiatives. Prior experience also includes roles as learning and development manager and training specialist at Watermark Credit Union, focusing on sales, technical training, and training gap analysis. John Henson holds a Training Specialist Certificate in Training and Development and a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of Washington.
