Carissa Shermain Paredes began their career in 2005 as a Customer Service Representative for Parlance Systems, Inc. In 2007, they moved to APAC Customer Service Inc. as a Corporate Quality Analyst, where they monitored Customer Service Representatives performance to ensure proper call handling and sales skills were utilized daily. In 2014, they joined ZipMatch as an Account Manager, where they acquired new clients by presenting ZM products and services to real estate developers and individual professionals (brokers and sales agents). Carissa Shermain also answered client's complaints and feedback through Zendesk and Intercom, met with clients for monthly performance reports, coordinated with the marketing and product team about new strategies based on client's needs, targeted sales quotas and KPIs (Team and Individual), measured the quality of emails and chat to ensure the client's and organization's expectations were achieved, and created Quality forms to better track performance of each Account Managers. Carissa Shermain also held the role of Vendor Manager/ Finance Specialist.

Carissa Shermain Paredes obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from the University of Santo Tomas between 2001 and 2005.
