Kristaps Kulikovskis

Kristaps Kulikovskis has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as a Chief Technology Officer at Zippy Vision in 2018. During this time, they were responsible for building and maintaining Wood cut Optimization scanners, utilizing technologies such as Rails 5-6, C++, Qt 5, and Kubernetes cluster with docker containers.

In the same year, Kristaps also co-founded Zippy ID where they were involved in building and maintaining an ID verification service using Rails 5.2 and Vue.

Prior to their entrepreneurial ventures, Kristaps worked as a Software Developer and Co-Founder at ENME from 2017 to 2018, where they contributed to the development of a pulse-survey platform aimed at improving employee response rates and generating meaningful reports.

Kristaps also gained experience as a Software Developer at MAK IT from 2016 to 2018, working on various projects in different industries and using technologies such as Axapta, MSSQL, PostgreSQL, Backbone.js, and Ruby on Rails 4.

Before that, they worked at Tieto in 2016 as a Software Developer, focusing on maintaining and developing Tieto CRM Data system. This involved working with Ruby on Rails, HTML5, jQuery, and writing automation tests.

In 2015, Kristaps co-founded CleanComments and participated in the University of Tartu student Startup camp, where they built a peer-to-peer delivery service that won the event.

Kristaps gained financial analysis experience as a Financial Analyst at FIDEA SIA from 2014 to 2015 and also interned at Latvijas Banka in 2013, where they conducted macro research.

Their work experience also includes a brief role as a Store Assesor at EOLAS international in 2012.

Throughout their career, Kristaps has showcased their proficiency in various technologies, project management, and entrepreneurship skills.

Kristaps Kulikovskis completed their secondary education from 2007 to 2012 at Rīgas Valsts 1.ģimnāzija, specializing in Mathematics. Following this, from 2012 to 2016, they attended Rīgas Ekonomikas augstskola - Stockholm School of Economics in Riga, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business and Economics. In addition to their formal education, Kristaps obtained a certification as a Full Stack Web Developer from Udacity in January 2016.
