Jill Ashley

Jill Ashley is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in workplace and administrative roles. Currently serving as Senior Director of Workplace Experience at ZipRecruiter since March 2015, Jill has advanced through multiple positions within the company, including Director of Workplace Experience and Director of Administration. Prior to ZipRecruiter, Jill worked at Convertro as Office Coordinator and held the position of Office Manager at Galaxy Diamond. Additionally, Jill gained valuable experience as a Recruiting Manager, HR Coordinator, and Office Manager at L.E.K. Consulting, and as a Unit Services Coordinator at UCLA Health. Jill holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Development from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
