Justin Jones

Justin Jones is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in software development and team management. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer II at ZipRecruiter since January 2019, Justin has played a critical role in migrating legacy code and modernizing Employer Engineering infrastructure. Previous positions at ZipRecruiter include managerial roles overseeing teams focused on job applications and innovative features. Former experience at The Home Depot involved backend development for customer communications, while earlier roles included work with NSF on the NeuralIdeals package for SageMath and various customer service and leadership positions in retail. Justin holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Sam Houston State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and French from The University of Texas at Arlington.
