Sam Demase

Sam DeMase is a seasoned career expert and entrepreneur with extensive experience in human resources, training, and talent acquisition. Currently serving as a Career Expert at ZipRecruiter since February 2025, Sam specializes in simplifying the job search process for candidates. As the Founder and CEO of Power Mood since January 2020, Sam authored a career guidebook for women and created accompanying resources. Previous roles at Shake Shack included Director of Operational Training, where oversight extended to training over 2,000 employees globally, and earlier positions focused on national training initiatives.
