Currently serving as a Key Account Representative and previously as a Customer Service Agent at Zip's AW Direct since August 2018, Edward has demonstrated a strong ability to manage client relationships. Prior roles include work at Prairie's Best Farms, where Edward compiled production data and educated growers about poultry production, and DirectBuy of Minneapolis-St Paul, where Edward held dual responsibilities as Marketing Director and Delivery Manager. Edward has also engaged in independent contracting as a driver for Uber and has a solid foundation in technology support as a Student Computer Technician at St. John's University. With a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Government from Saint John's University and hands-on experience in various agricultural operations, Edward brings a diverse skill set and a dedication to improving operational efficiency.

What We Do We specialize in the sale and financing of Automotive Towing Equipment, Industrial Hauling Solutions, and Service Bodies including a wide variety of new and used tow trucks, wreckers, industrial & car carriers, multi-car haulers, industrial trailers, and related equipment. Based in New Hampton, Iowa - Zip's has a modern 95,000 square foot facility consisting of warehousing, shop area, sales offices, retail parts department, a large enclosed blast room and four environmentally approved downdraft paint rooms. We opened a second branch in Taylor, Michigan (by the Detroit Metro Airport) in March 2012. This location features a complete parts and accessory showroom, body upfit service department, in-stock new and used equipment, and in-house financing. We provide quality truck body installation, paint, and repair of hydraulic, mechanical, or electrical systems. We have the ability and the know-how to match the right body with the right chassis and assemble and paint the unit to the highest quality standards.
