Matt Britton

Matt Britton has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several industries. Matt is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Zip World UK. In this role, they oversee the financial aspects of the company, which specializes in unique adventure activities.

Prior to their current position, Matt held the role of CFO at Haulfryn Group Limited from 2016 to 2021. During their tenure, they were responsible for back-office support functions such as Finance, Tax, IT, and Legal. Matt also managed external relationships and ensured compliance with reporting and tax requirements.

Before joining Haulfryn Group Limited, Matt served as the CFO of Get Living from 2014 to 2016. Matt played a crucial role in reorganizing and turning around the finance function of the company. Matt also managed external relationships, finance, and cash reporting processes.

Matt's earlier experience includes roles such as CFO at Peyton & Byrne Ltd, Finance Director at Sodexo, Finance Director and Managing Director at Muller Dairy (UK) Ltd, Retail Finance Controller at Clarks, and various positions at Allied Domecq.

Matt Britton attended Heriot Watt University from 1989 to 1992 and earned a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Applied Marine Biology. Matt then went on to study at The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants from 1992 to 1995, obtaining the ACMA degree.
