Omprakash Makam

Omprakash Makam currently serves as the Head of India Partnerships at Pace Partnership London Ltd since May 2024 and holds the position of Board Observer at Ziraaf, an industry-defining startup focused on mineral aggregation and refining. With over 30 years of experience, Omprakash has played a pivotal role in enabling organizations to build and list international businesses, as well as mentoring high-quality teams to create India's fastest profitable unicorns. Prior to these roles, Omprakash was the Head of International Business Expansion at ZETWERK and held multiple leadership positions at PDS Limited, including Group COO and Group CFO. Previous experience includes serving as Finance Director at Levi Strauss & Co. and Head of Finance at EchoStar Corporation. Omprakash is a qualified professional with a Fellowship from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a background in commerce from Bangalore University.
