Ertugrul Basaranoglu

Ertugrul Basaranoglu is a seasoned cyber security professional with extensive experience in managing security operations and conducting penetration testing, currently serving as the Security Monitoring and Incident Response Manager at Ziraat Teknoloji since June 2016. In this role, Ertugrul oversees the Cyber Defense Center of Ziraat Finance Group, providing 24/7 cyber security services across 18 countries. Previously, Ertugrul held various positions within Ziraat Finance Group, leading penetration testing efforts in multiple countries and contributing to security assurance initiatives at Turk Telekom Group. Educational background includes a Master's Degree in Information Security Engineering from İstanbul Şehir University and advanced studies in Engineering and Technology from Galatasaray University, complemented by early work experiences in software and hardware engineering.
