Andy Marquette

Andy Marquette has worked in various positions throughout their career. Andy started their career at Windstream Communications as a Retail Sales Consultant, where they achieved consistent success in meeting or exceeding sales goals. Andy then moved on to work for the City of Buffalo, MN, first as an MIS Technician and later as the MIS and Utility Billing Coordinator. In these roles, they managed data and networking implementations for the city and oversaw utility billing processes. Currently, Andy serves as the Director of Operations at Zirc Dental Products. In this role, they oversee multiple departments, including Customer Service, Assembly, Shipping/Receiving, and Human Resources. Andy'sfocus is on promoting emotional intelligence, developing strong leaders, and utilizing data-driven decision-making processes.
