Mark Bartrum

Mark Bartrum is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering and management roles across various industries. Currently serving as the Manager of Engineering & Quality at Zircoa, Inc. since June 2017, Mark previously held positions such as Transducer Design Manager at Morgan Advanced Materials, where responsibilities included directing cross-functional teams and driving business development initiatives in high-tech markets. Earlier roles include Engineering Manager for Piezoelectric Products and Senior Power Transducer Manager at Morgan Technical Ceramics and Morgan Electro Ceramics, respectively, focusing on high-value product development and manufacturing efficiency. Mark also served as VP of Engineering at SOR Inc., where Mark led the development of safety instrumentation, and as Technical Manager at Lucas Schaevitz, overseeing a large team for sensor product development. Mark holds an MBA in Strategy, Organizational Design, and Leadership from Kent State University and a BSc in Chemical Engineering (Honors) from the University of Surrey.
