Orlin Genchev

Orlin Genchev is an experienced telecommunications professional with extensive expertise in unified communications and voice infrastructure. Currently serving as a Remote Senior UC Consultant at ZIRO since September 2019 and a Principal IT Infrastructure Voice Specialist at Symantec since April 2017, Orlin has provided Tier 3 support for voice infrastructure across multiple continents, troubleshooting complex VOIP issues and collaborating with architecture teams on new projects.
