Colt Rodgers

Colt Rodgers has a total work experience of 7 years, starting in 2011. Colt began their career as a Student at Drake University from August 2011 to December 2015. Colt then joined Zirous in May 2014 as an Intern and later worked as an Infrastructure Engineer from June 2015 to June 2018. In June 2018, they were promoted to Head of Security | Senior Infrastructure Engineer at Zirous. Colt'srole involved the installation and configuration of Oracle IAM (Identity and Access Management) Stack, migration of Oracle environment, and upgrading and patching of Oracle tools.

Colt Rodgers completed their education at Drake University from 2011 to 2015, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, and Marketing. Prior to that, they received their high school diploma from Wauconda High School, where they studied General Studies from 2007 to 2011.

In addition to their formal education, Colt has also obtained various certifications. In 2015, they became a HDP Certified Developer from Hortonworks. In 2016, they acquired multiple certifications from Splunk, including Splunk Certified Power User 6.3, Splunk Certified Sales Engineer Level I 6.3, Splunk Certified Sales Rep II 6.3, and Splunk Certified Sales Rep I 6.3. That same year, they also obtained the HDP Certified Administrator certification from Hortonworks, the MPN Competency: Data Analytics and Data Platform in Cloud Platform for Technical certification from Microsoft, and the SE: Portfolio Competency 2016 certification from EMC. Most recently, in March 2022, Colt obtained the SAFe 5 Practitioner certification from Scaled Agile.
