Kerry Martin, PhD, is a Senior Scientist I at ARA since August 2023. Prior to this role, Kerry served as the Director of Science at BIOSTRAP from April 2021 to August 2023, where responsibilities included coordinating research efforts and utilizing statistical and machine learning techniques to enhance understanding of human health and behavior. Kerry's experience also encompasses positions as a Research Physiologist, Biostatistician, and Research Coordinator at Biostrap Labs, Graduate Teaching Assistant and Research Assistant roles at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and an Anatomy Lab Teaching Assistant at Wake Forest University. Kerry holds a PhD in Exercise Physiology from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, an MA in Exercise Physiology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and a BS in Health and Exercise Science from Wake Forest University.
