Kristin Zick

Kristin Zick is responsible for consolidating Zivaro’s Project PMs and Program PMs into a unified organization focused on delivering consistent execution, process implementation, and contract growth across delivery teams. She contributes to Zivaro’s programmatic services development and delivery, supporting customers across Federal, SLED, and Commercial markets, ensuring that project-level activities maintain the rigor and focus necessary to deliver on Zivaro’s customer’s broad portfolio and their priorities.
