Gaute Skjelbred Furu

Gaute Skjelbred Furu has a diverse work experience spanning for over 16 years. Currently, they hold the position of Sales Director EMEA at Zivid starting from October 2021. Prior to this, they co-founded OneHotel in 2008. Gaute also worked at Siemens Energy as a Global Key Account Manager (Subsea) from April 2020 to September 2021. At Siemens, they held various roles including Global Key Account Manager (Subsea) from December 2015 to April 2020 and Proposal Manager (Subsea Systems) from May 2014 to November 2015. Before that, they worked at Parker Hannifin as Tender Manager Cables & Umbilicals from January 2013 to April 2014, and Sales and Tender Coordinator Cables & Umbilicals from January 2011 to December 2012. Gaute's earlier experiences include working as a Logistic Engineer at Thales Alenia Space from May 2007 to July 2010, and as an Analyst and Debtor Consultant at Lindorff Payment AS from November 2004 to February 2006.

Gaute Skjelbred Furu obtained a MSc degree in Marine Systems Engineering from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) from 1998 to 2004. Gaute Skjelbred also completed selected courses on Coursera, including Linear Circuits and Introduction to Finance, for which they obtained Coursera Verified Certificates in 2014.
