Emillie Tamarapa has a diverse range of work experience in various HR and leadership roles. Emillie worked at ZIWI as the Head of P&C Operations and Talent, and prior to that, they were a Senior P&C Business Partner at the same company. Before joining ZIWI, Emillie worked at T&G Global Limited as the Head Of HR - NZ Apple Operations and a Senior Human Resources Business Partner. Emillie was also a General Manager People at Oil Intel Ltd, where they were responsible for driving the people strategy and managing health, safety, and wellness initiatives. Emillie's previous roles include Principal Advisor at Airways New Zealand, Organisational Development Manager at Bupa Aged Care Australia, Human Resources Advisor at Intergen, Industrial Officer at NZ Police Association, and various roles at the Medical Council of New Zealand.
Emillie Tamarapa attended Victoria University of Wellington from 2002 to 2006, where they earned a BCA/BA degree with a field of study in HR, CRIM, and MGMT. Additionally, they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce and Administration degree with a specialization in BCA, Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations, as well as a Bachelor of Arts degree with a focus on Criminology.
