Eric Mingorance has extensive work experience in sales, field enablement, and revenue enablement. Eric is currently working as the Sr. Director of Sales & Field Enablement at Zixi. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Revenue Enablement at MNTN, where they focused on developing advertising software for brands to drive measurable conversions, revenue, and site visits through television.

Before MNTN, Eric worked at Datto, Inc. as the Director of Partner Enablement, where they empowered MSP partners to help small and medium businesses thrive by providing unified business continuity, networking, collaboration, and backup solutions.

Eric has also held various roles at Akamai Technologies, including Sr. Manager of Global Sales & Technical Enablement, where they managed a global team responsible for optimizing the enablement tech stack and saving the company over $300k in platform and production operations. Eric was a recipient of the Branden Hall Group Excellence award for implementing an AI chatbot program for Akamai Onboarding. Eric also led the overhaul of the technical onboarding program across multiple departments and was involved in hiring the majority of the technical enablement team.

Prior to Akamai, Eric worked as a Strategic Engagement Manager, where they managed customer engagements and oversaw professional services and technical support for strategic accounts. Eric also served as a Sr. Solution Engineer and Sales Engineer at Akamai, where they traveled nationally to sell and scope opportunities for media products.

Before their time at Akamai, Eric owned and operated Mingo Media LLC, a profitable independent company producing communications solutions for broadcast television, corporations, and non-profits. Eric increased profits by an average of 18%+ annually and purchased a studio in Long Island City.

At the start of their career, Eric worked as a Streaming Media Producer at e-Media LLC, where they managed streaming production for clients such as ZDTV, House of Blues, and the World Wrestling Federation.

Eric Mingorance has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics & Communication from Boston College. Eric also holds a Master of Arts degree in Corporate Communication from Baruch College.
