Robert Crooks

Robert Crooks is an experienced professional in learning services and training, currently serving as the Manager of Learning Services at Zixi since September 2024. Previously, Crooks held the position of Director of Learning Services at Brightcove from November 2009 to July 2023, where responsibilities included managing the creation of documentation, video tutorials, and training courses while collaborating with various departments to enhance customer learning resources. Earlier roles include Senior Manager of Partner Enablement at Adobe Systems, where Crooks transformed training programs for developers, Director of Training and Certification at Macromedia, and Senior Instructor at Allaire, focusing on web design and development.
