Robert Crooks

Robert Crooks currently serves as the Manager of Learning Services at Zixi, a position held since September 2024. Previously, Robert spent over 13 years as the Director of Learning Services at Brightcove, where responsibilities included managing the creation of documentation, video tutorials, and training courses while collaborating with various departments to enhance customer learning resources. Earlier experience at Adobe includes roles as Senior Manager of Partner Enablement and Director of Training and Certification, where Robert led initiatives to transform training programs and develop efficient content creation systems. Additional teaching experience includes serving as a Senior Instructor at Allaire and a Professor of English and Business Communication at Bentley University. Robert holds a PhD in English from Tufts University and an MS and BS in Civil Engineering from the University of Arizona and Georgia Institute of Technology, respectively.
