Louise Middlemass

Louise Middlemass has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, with a focus on operations and management. Louise currently holds the position of Head of Operations at Zizzi Restaurants, a role they have held since April 2019. Prior to this, they worked as the Managing Director at KIR Consulting Ltd from September 2018 to April 2019. Before that, they served as the Managing Director at Market Town Taverns Ltd from March 2017 to July 2018, and as the Operations Director from February 2016 to March 2017. Louise also worked at Whitbread, where they held various positions including Regional Operations Director from September 2014 to February 2016, Regional Operations Manager for the Brewers Fayre Brand Proposition from June 2013 to August 2014, and Regional Operations Manager for Brewers Fayre North from October 2003 to May 2013. Louise started their career with Pizza Hut UK as an Area Manager from October 2001 to October 2003, and prior to that, as a General Manager at Pizza Hut from September 1999 to October 2001.

Louise Middlemass attended Fernwood Comprehensive School in Nottingham from 1985 to 1990. Louise then pursued A levels in English, Economics, and Mathematics at Bilborough Sixth Form College from 1990 to 1992.
