Rez Ghodse

Rez Ghodse has a strong background in the restaurant industry, with their most recent position being as Head of Operations at Zizzi Restaurants. In this role, they were responsible for leading and developing a team of over 2,000 employees, as well as managing 7 Operations Managers and 76 restaurants in London and the South of England. Prior to this, Rez worked as an Operations Manager at Zizzi Restaurants. Before joining Zizzi, they gained experience as an Area Manager at Mitchells & Butlers - Scream Pubs. Rez also completed a graduate training scheme with Mitchells & Butlers, where they worked as an Area Manager.
