Lukas Lohove

Lukas Lohove has diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles.

Lukas'smost recent position is as a Product Manager at DeepL, a company focused on using artificial intelligence and neural networks to overcome language barriers and improve communication.

Before that, Lukas served as the Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of Zizzle eLearning Inc., where they developed the product vision and successfully launched an innovative Chinese-learning app for iOS and Android. Lukas managed the full digital product lifecycle and led a cross-functional team, raising funds through start-up competitions and accelerator programs. Lukas introduced automation processes and optimized content and features based on user feedback, resulting in significant growth in recurring revenue and improved user ratings.

Prior to that, Lukas worked as a Product Owner at Greator and as a Consultant and Assistant to the CEO at Far Eastern - Fernost Beratungs- und Handelsgesellschaft mbH. Lukas Lohove has an extensive education history. Lukas obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Sociology from the University of Oxford from 2016 to 2020. Prior to that, they pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in East Asian Studies at the Geneva Graduate Institute in Geneva, Switzerland from 2012 to 2014. Lukas completed their undergraduate studies at the University of St Andrews, where they earned a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Economics and Philosophy from 2007 to 2011.
