Andreas Rappoldt

Andreas Rappoldt has extensive experience in engineering and project management within the automotive industry, currently serving as the Global Requirements Engineering Manager at ZKW since January 2014. In this role, Andreas establishes and manages a global team of Requirements Engineers, focusing on process standardization and the development of a Requirements Management Tool for enhanced efficiency and traceability. Prior to this, Andreas held leadership positions including Director Engineering, managing multiple engineering disciplines at a Tier 1 automotive supplier, and Manager Mechanical Engineering & Design, responsible for a design group and supporting global knowledge transfer. Andreas's earlier career includes consulting as a Business Owner at solutment and technical project leadership at Knorr-Bremse GmbH. Educational credentials include a degree in Automation and Mechanical Engineering from HTBLuVA Waidhofen/Ybbs, a Master's degree pending in Energy Management with a focus on Mobility Management from Universität für Weiterbildung Krems, and additional studies at LIMAK Austrian Business School.
