Thomas Prielinger

Thomas Prielinger, CFA, is currently the Group Vice President of Corporate Development at ZKW Group, overseeing corporate strategy, M&A, legal, internal audit and compliance, information security, and insurance. With a background in M&A advisory across various firms, Prielinger served as Senior Manager at AGRANA Group and has held multiple leadership roles at ZKW, including Managing Director of ZKW Austria Immobilien GmbH. They began their career in risk controlling at Bank Gutmann, later gaining significant experience at Oaklins Austria and Carpima GmbH. Prielinger earned a Master's degree in International Business Administration with a focus on Corporate Finance from Universität Wien and became a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) through the CFA Institute.
