Dave Katsnelson

Dave Katsnelson has over two years of professional experience. In 2018, they joined ZL Tech as a Professional Services Engineer. In this role, they worked with customers to solve problems that arose within the ZL Unified Archive software. Dave'sduties included code investigations, accessing server logs, executing SQL queries, developing test cases, and assisting in software quality assurance tasks. Prior to this, they worked at MOD Pizza from 2016-2018 as an All Star Trainer. Dave was promoted to a Leadership Training Position after just 3 months. Dave'sduties included overseeing new employee training of job duties, providing excellent customer service, and dealing with a high pace environment.

Dave Katsnelson obtained a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems, General from California State University, Chico between 2014 and 2018. In February 2022, they earned three certifications from LinkedIn: DevOps Foundations, Learning PowerShell, and Transitioning to Product Management.
