Dona Frank

Dona Frank is an experienced accounts specialist currently serving as a Senior Accounts Specialist at Docsumo since June 2025. In addition, Dona holds the position of AM Enterprise Lead and has previously worked as a SaaS Management Assistant at Zluri since August 2023. Prior experience includes working as an Account Manager at Whatfix from June 2022 to August 2023, where Dona contributed to the development of in-app guidance for web applications.
