"Z&M Private Co." Ltd. was established in 1990, initially as an exclusive representative office for Bulgaria of the German concern "O&K", which grew in 1998 into the international company "Terex Mining", and since 1994 it has also represented the interests of another giant - the German concern "ThyssenKrupp Fordertechnik".

In 2004, the company began operating in the mining sector and on the Central Asian markets with its own representative offices and staff in Almaty (Kazakhstan) and Tashkent (Uzbekistan), and in June 2005, "Z&M Private Co. Kazakhstan" LLP was registered and began operating.

Since the beginning of 2005, Z&M Private Co. has represented the interests of the Japanese giant "Hitachi Construction Machinery". The company is a leader in the Bulgarian mining market and has impressive positions in the Central Asian markets, as the equipment supplied by the company works in the largest mining enterprises in the respective countries - "Elatsite Med", "Asarel Medet", "Pernik" mine, "Maritsa Iztok" mine, "Beli Breg" mine, Dzhairem (Kazakhstan), Kazakhmis (Kazakhstan), SSGPO (Kazakhstan). At the end of 2012, the company opened a showroom in Skopje, Republic of Macedonia, where it has office staff and a service team.
